Shipping costs are 4.90€ in Peninsula. Currently there is a special offer that discounts these costs if the order does not exceed 500 grams for orders over 49 €.

Delivery times

Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipping and home delivery. ArtesamArt makes all its shipments in a CERTIFIED way.

The cost of shipping within the Peninsula and if the weight does not exceed 500 grams, will be FREE if the purchase exceeds 49 euros.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise such as a snowfall that hinders the journey, transport sector strike, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that may have the agency to allocate the shipment, theft of goods in transit, delays due to puncture of the delivery car, etc.. These are some examples. In any case we will work to get the package to you as soon as possible, in case of delays like these or similar.

With orders over 99€ in Europe shipping is FREE.
Purchase less than 99€ would be 12.50€ shipping costs (Up to 500 gr)
If the weight is more than 500gr 19.50€ shipping costs

RETURNS

ArtesamArt wants you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can send it back to us and choose another product in exchange (as long as it is in perfect condition).

Deadline to make a return.

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Act of the Spanish Territory.

In those 15 calendar days the product has to reach us at ArtesamArt.

No product returns will be accepted outside this period.

Returns will be made by exchange of item or return voucher to be redeemed within three months from the date of purchase. The amount will not be refunded.

VERY IMPORTANT:

  • In Handbags, Outlet, Complements and Accessories, DISCOUNTED ITEMS of any season or various promotions NO returns are allowed.
  • In the case of items with size, such as belts or bracelets made to measure, will be assessed on a case by case basis with the utmost professionalism through email info@artesamart.com or WhatsApp +34 600 246 863.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund of the amount of the return.

In case of return, we will contact the customer as soon as we receive your shipment and the refund of the amount returned will be made by the same payment method you chose.

In case of tare is necessary to notify any errors or damage within 24 hours of receipt of the order via WhatsApp +34 600 246 863 or mail info@artesamart.com

The buyer will be responsible for sending us the products in their original packaging and in the same conditions as they were received by the means it deems, including product labels, invoice or purchase receipt (we need invoice or receipt codes to update the stock).

They must not be used, damaged or stained. If ArtesamArt detects that the product has been used, we will cancel the return. You could always claim your product by paying the shipping and handling costs.

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition), we will proceed to refund the amount to be paid, in the same terms that the purchase was made. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal or return.

If a return of an order over 49€ is made and the shipping costs have been free, at the time of return SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM THE SAME. Please note that the shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

Bank account (CCC IBAN) in which you request the refund to be made, telephone number for Bizum or email of the person who owns the PayPal account.

Remember that we will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.

In the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation.

Exchange of items.

ArtesamArt reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

For size changes or exchange for a new item, the buyer must pay the new amount of shipping costs, to the address indicated above.
